Here at Larissas Natural Beauty Clinic I take data protection and your privacy seriously and I will only use your personal information to update records on your personal file.

As my client, I will ask you to provide me with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, postal address (“Personal Information”). I will collect this data via the initail consultation form emailed out to each new client before their first appoinment. 

You are given the opportunity to opt out of receiving email reminders, promotional emails, newsletters, and updates about new treatments, product launces.  You may opt out of receiving such promotional communications by sending an email to larissasnbc@gmail.com or you can opt-out by using the unsubscribe in any marketing I send you.

All data captured will be used and held in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018.

I will not share any of your personal details with any third party.

You will be automatically subscribed onto the appointment confirmation emails, reminder emails and ongoing Salon news/information emails. You can unsubscribe at any point.

I will store your Personal Information on my salon software where I have a secure electronic file storage, which is all compliant with GDPR.
